I've been working with Nikki for a number of years now as my Personal Trainer

and at her boot camp sessions. I absolutely love them both and would be lost without her!  She is always very enthusiastic and encouraging and varies the exercises each week and also works around any injuries or just low energy days. I would highly recommend that you have Nikki in your life! 

I’ve trained with Nikki over many years, both at boot camp and at gym sessions...

 She strikes the right balance between making it fun and working you hard.  I’ve been to other trainers but have not seen the great results I’ve got with Nikki.  She has this way of always making you want to do more as she is so enthusiastic about exercise and nutrition and the results she knows you can get through both years of experience and also now her nutritional qualification.

Training with Nikki twice a week really changed the shape of my body...

and made the fittest I had ever been – and it was (mostly!) fun. The gym sessions were key but just as important was the fact the results I saw and the way I felt about myself motivated me to do more exercise.

Working with Nikki has been amazing...

She instantly had a understand of how important the gym and nutrition is in my life. Previously, I was unwilling to seek advise on nutrition and gym routines because I thought that no-one would be able to understand my obsession. However, Nikki not only understood my obsession but was able to help me deal with this obsession and helped me develop a healthier life style and a less obsessive mindset. Nikki, is always available to answer my questions, whether it is about my diet or my gym routine, she has no set rules and customise everything to my needs, so if I am do not like a gym exercise, I simply tell her and she will swiftly come back with a whole range of alternative exercise. It has been such a relief to work with someone who is as interested in nutrition and the gym as me! Nikki continues to be a massive source of guidance in my life and her gym plans continue to challenge and motivate me. 

Well quite honestly without Nikkis' encouragement...

Organisation and support I most definitely would not have lost any weight.  I keep fit and have done for many years ...running many miles a week, cross training, boxing, Pilates and boot camp - I do it with enthusiasm . 
But my diet was "I train so I can eat and drink !!". WRONG !!  
Along comes Nikki with her enthusiasm and energy - what is six weeks in the grand scheme of things?  I read all the info, follow Nikki's suggested food plan and make the decision to change the way I ate.  Well what a difference 6 weeks made...... I lost weight but more importantly to me I lost bulk.
I look leaner and stronger and feel better for it.  I think I look better too. No more bloat - I can almost see a flat stomach!  
If you're considering taking on the challenge all I can say is "do it ". You will not regret it.  Nikki is supportive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and caring - genuinely a great person.

Just wanted to say thank you for investing your time in us...

And helping us through this change of lifestyle, I say change of lifestyle as it has helped me realise that diets are pointless and that you have to change the way you do things forever not just for a couple of weeks.

At first the thought of eating more to lose weight terrified me, due to the media ramming low fat low calorie diets down our throats, but as I started to get more into it and started getting more creative with my cooking I saw the lbs start to come off. I substituted starchy carbs for proteins and noticed such a difference in my appearance. I looked less bloated, the fat from my back started to melt away and I had bright eyes with no bags. I had a lot more energy and felt alive and ready for training all the time.

Meal prep was definitely key to success and something I will continue with forever. I have definitely gained new better eating habits and think before I eat rather than beating myself up for eating rubbish!

I have been having the odd glass of vino but I also know that's ok and I am human and that if I allow myself the odd treats i will sustain the diet more.

We received great support and motivation and I would recommend to anyone wanting to change their life to follow this plan.

Nikki is an inspirational trainer ...

Who makes you believe you really have “got this” when she says you have (even when a minute ago you really thought you hadn’t!)  She mixes up her programmes so you never get bored but always get a fantastic overall workout and come away buzzing and feeling really good about yourself..
